    Hello,

I have a DIR-850L. Great product so far.

However I have an issue. I can remotely access by internet to the USB storage device through my phone and the shareport app.

However using internet explorer or other web browser and using the shareport access link http://192.***.***.***:8181 simply does not work …
It is working when I’m connecting at home to my network. But not when i’m not home even though that work with my phone.

Other question, can windows shareport plus software can be used through internet? Same issue, working home and not through internet

Last question, I also cannot access remotely to the rooter in Internet using the access link in web browser. It works home, always works with my dlink app but not in web browser …

Is there a Storage/Web feature under Setup? If not then using the router to access the USB device from a remote location may not be possible.
