I am having the same issue with IOS 10.14. Plugin shows in internet plug-ins folder (installed the plug-in manually as the steps above also gave me a plugin instal fail! notification) but keep getting the plug-in needs to be downloaded message after I login the home page when loading my cameras. getting very frustrating.

Like the others have said, none of our DLink Cams (11 in total) can be accessed any longer, we just get:

‘The browser you are using may have difficulty receiving images and video. If you experience any issues viewing this page, we suggest using Internet Explorer.’

It is impossible to install the plugin, we just get:

                    “Plugin Instal Failed”

                    We have tried:

                    1. MacOS High Sierra Safari Browser
                    2. MacOS Mojave Chrome Browser
                    3. MacOS High Sierra Crome Browser
                    4. MacOS Mojave Safari Browser
                    5. MacOS High Sierra Opera Browser
                    6. MacOS Mojave Opera Browser
                    7. iOS 12 Safari

                    All of these give:

‘The browser you are using may have difficulty receiving images and video. If you experience any issues viewing this page, we suggest using Internet Explorer.’

Not developing a working plugin is the best way to make all of us , users of Mac OS to buy another brand of cams. Surely you will accomplish this.
