After setting up myand verifying my local network internet connection is OK, my customers are not able to access the internet using the Wi-Fi connection, an error message that reads: “We do not get a valid answer from the Central Server” displays after attempting to login.
If you are seeing this error, please do the following:
Step 1. Ensure you are online or that your internet connection is working properly
Step 2. Login to your Facebook account and go to your business page settings
Step 3. Look for the “country restriction” settings. If you have any filters, please remove them, save the settings and try again.
You and your customers should be able to access the Internet using the Facebook Wi-Fi connection.
